Our commitments
Excellence. Sustainability. People.
If we could build an economy that would use things rather than use them up, we could build a future.
Ready for a second life.
At Aviaco, every retired helicopter carries a second life inside. We designed the full dismantling chain as a solution for operators. To reduce maintenance costs in an industry where supply is rarely simple. To bring back critical parts the market has stopped supplying. To keep helicopters in the air, in every circumstance.
Every helicopter that comes through our facility is dismantled, its parts inspected, repaired and recertified by a dedicated team of Part 145 experts, and returned to operators who need them. The circular economy stops being a concept and becomes operational reality, measured in tCO2e avoided and in flight hours preserved.
The helicopters we dismantle do not end their life with us. They keep flying through the parts they leave behind.

Excellence. Sustainability. People.
Aviaco Technics is part of Groupe H1. Aviaco is the commercial arm of the group, selling certified helicopter spare parts and maintenance services. Aviaco Technics is the technical entity, dismantling helicopters, repairing and recertifying parts, and delivering Part 145 maintenance from our Marignane workshop. Financ'up holds and finances the group's assets. Together, the three businesses give parts a second life on the market and keep helicopters flying through certified maintenance.
Excellence in service
EASA Part 145, FAA approved and Part M certified, on every operation. Strict quality and safety standards applied to every maintenance and airworthiness activity, ensuring reliable and compliant operations.
Sustainable operations
Circular dismantling and Part 145 repair avoid an average of 19.79 tCO2e per helicopter compared to manufacturing a new aircraft. 89% of flows from a dismantled aircraft are routed to circular loops, putting parts back into service rather than into manufacturing pipelines.
People first
Our Part 66 technicians are supported by a structured apprenticeship programme, in partnership with training centres and technical schools. We invest in safety, training and professional development. Through our association WikiHope, the Aviaco group has supported more than 1,500 people and children over the past five years.
